This portfolio highlights a very fun and unusual series of illustrations that not only appeared in a corporate newsletter, but were framed and given to honored employees. Whitney Young Child Development Centers, Inc. requested that I make achievement awards that somehow included the art of children.
I met with the children and asked them to draw about their teachers and specialists in pencil. I then inked and collaged the drawings in Photoshop, coloring them. The results were well received by the management AND the honored recipients!
