I am a photographer and writer living in Connecticut. Years ago as a high school student, I learned about shutter speeds and f-stops on a twin lens reflex Rollei and the black and white darkroom was magical the way images appeared on the photographic paper in the developing tray. Nowadays, my cameras are digital and I no longer use a darkroom, but those fundamental experiences are the root of my photography. As a member of the Professional Photographers of America and the Connecticut Professional Photographers Association I am dedicated to lifelong learning and upholding the code of ethics of these professional groups.
I gained experience meeting deadlines and working under pressure while working at newspapers. Shooting 300 plus weddings taught me to stay calm even during a very chaotic and emotional time. In the last 12 months I have shooting many head shots, environmental portraits and providing content for websites.
One client sent me this testimonial:
“You did a magnificent job will all the pictures. You truly are a talented person. We enjoyed looking at your work and we are so excited to be able to look at the pictures for the rest of our lives.” - Mike M.
