Wade is a past president of PPO and Smoky Mountain Professional Photographers (SMPP). He served as a board member of the Tennessee Professional Photographers Association (TPPA) in 1999-2000. In addition, Wade is a member of International Christian Photographers, The National Association of Photoshop Professionals and in 1998 & 2003 was named a Tennessee Professional Photographers Association Top Ten Photographer.
