Susannah Edwards is an illustrator and art teacher from Northern Virginia. She has a B.A. in Studio Art from Goucher College and an M.F.A. from Savannah College of Art and Design. She uses two different art techniques: black ink drawings with watercolor and linoleum block prints with watercolor. She occasionally adds some collage elements such as beads and stitching to her linocut illustrations. She enjoys finding the flat, graphic shapes and patterns of her subject matter.
