Jason Garthoffner graduated Cum Laude in 2004 with a BFA in Illustration from California State University Long Beach. Since graduation Jason has worked as a full time in-house graphic artist and as a freelancer in a number of areas ranging from entertainment, to marketing materials for the auto and real estate industries, to litigation graphics.

Jason is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Quark Express, and has a substantial amount of front end web design experience using applications such as Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver, and GoLive.

Since graduating from college in 2004 Jason has produced illustrations and graphic designs that have been used
in magazines, posters, print advertisements, banners, brochures, postcards, direct mail, and books ranging from 20-80 pages.

His illustration style is primarily cartoon-like and graphic, and most of his work is exectued digitally. Having a great sense of humor he likes to incorporate that humor into his work whenever possible.
