Since the mid 1980s, Houston based photographer Iraj Ghavidel, has been making a name for himself with his bright, conceptually strong images. Perhaps the most important factor in Iraj�s success has been his concentration on education. From the day he purchased his first camera at age 11, he constantly sought to increase his photographic knowledge.

He studied fundamentals of photography and photographic printing in high school and college and later he assisted other established photographers to master various techniques while developing his own style. He's taken thousands of personal and professional photos abroad and in the States and has photographed well-known local and national personalities. He is a commercial photographer at heart and has used his techniques to develop a unique portrait style.

He considers himself a lifetime student and never ceases to learn and develop the newest techniques. He is known among his peers for his meticulous work ethic, and his �nothing but perfection� attitude has brought him nothing but satisfied clients.
