American Israeli Avital, was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and raised along the east coast. She moved to Arizona for a brief lesson in off roading, shooting guns and cliff diving, before moving back to NY and graduating from the School of Visual Arts. Avital has reclaimed her trigger finger, and traded her 9mm in for a 35mm Canon. She currently works as a freelance photographer and photo editor. Some of her many accomplishments include being published in CMYK, Photographer’s Forum, CameraArts Magazine, The Ave, Small Biz and PresenTense Magazine’s. Between shooting editorially and working on her fine art pieces, Avital laughs a lot and tries not to take herself too seriously.
Avital has experience in a variety of photographic genres ie; editorial,humor, celebrities, personalities, corporate, black and white, color and digital photography, on location, conceptual, quirky, advertising,fashion, annual reports, CD covers, fine art and even travel and landscape.
