Terry began his professional career in 1978 in Los Angeles, Cal. After several years and numerous awards in portrait and wedding photography, he moved to Anaheim, Ca; where, with his wife Donna, he operates a full service studio. His lifelong interest in fine art photography really took off about 15 years ago when he began experimenting with the manipulation of Polaroid SX-70 emulsions....a style he calls "ALTERED REALITY". His ability to control the process results in images that have been likened to the soft feel of a Sargeant or a Monet...all the way to the intense energy of a Van Gogh. He has published a DAVEY Award winning book "Altered Reality" style of all of California's 21 missions titled "The California Missions As Art".
