Biography
To hire Rebecca Graham for photographic and illustrative work is to hire a professional artist with the strong creative skills necessary to compose inventive and one of a kind visual images.

A strong fine art background and mastery of technique allows her to face all projects with a unique perspective and a vivid imagination.

Her Louisiana roots and childhood love of silent films has led her to develop a 19th century aesthetic with a contemporary twist. These influences give her work a sense of the past inhabiting the present in unique theatrical portraits of musicians, actors, fashionistas, artists, burlesque performers and drag queens. But look closely, and you will also find humor, sharp wit, engaging narrative, and a keen eye for communicating contemporary ideas in this clever disguise.

Beyond her M.F.A. Degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Graham has ten years of professional artistic experience under her belt:

Graham's paintings and three dimensional work has been exhibited and collected across the United States including; New York's Broome Street Gallery, and the Soho Myriad Gallery in Atlanta and its sister gallery in Los Angeles.
Short stories and essays have been published in online magazines such as San Francisco's Stiletto magazine and New Orlean's Voix du Vieux magazine. Her images have been acquired as part of the collections (alongside her photographs) at the Louisiana Arts and Science Center and Savannah College of Art and Design, and used to promote events such as the annual England Swings (British music tribute event) and the Minnesota sur Seine French Music Festival .
Limited edition prints have sold consistently for over 6 years at the Soho Myriad Gallery in Atlanta, GA.
Graham also assisted renowned photographer, Guy Le Querrec, during his coverage of the Minnesota sur Seine Music Festival. This experience leading to a year-long project in which Graham documented the unsung heros of the local music scene in Minneapolis, MN.

These experiences have enabled Graham to develop a strong conceptual vision for every project she pursues.
