I have been a team leader and manager of up to 10 people and have been the solo designer working with no sleep.
I have designed corporate type sites and products and have created entertaining "bells and whistles" types of projects. I have met with clients, owners, designers and the staff, I am comfortable in any position/role.
Most of all, I love everything to do with Online design. It's my life, love and its what I am.
