Lorin Walter is a whimsical illustrator and cartoonist who has been working professionally since 1974 in both illustration and advertising design. Specializing in children's art and whimsical illustration, Lorin has worked for many years with TREND Enterprises, creating classroom and education designs, and has twelve children's books published, including 4 books for Weekly Reader Publishing. More recently, he's produced web art and Flash animations for wwwrrr, Inc., and Plato Learning. Lorin's tools are pencil and paper, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Macromedia Flash. His works feature an expression of youthful fun and delightful personality. Lorin lives in Spring Park, Minnesota, and is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).
