At the age of 9, I won an art contest and knew I was destined to make pictures all my life. After studying at the New School of Visual
Concepts in Seattle, I quit my job in the ad department of a local drug store chain and made the plunge into freelance commercial art.
My work is widely varied. I begin with concept first, and work in the style and medium that best express the idea. I like to use humor and tweak reality to catch the viewer’s eye.
Today I live on the island of Hawai'i, making pictures for my growing client base worldwide. In my spare time, I’m working on a series of paintings of the Ka'u area of the Big Island.
