Fort Lauderdale, Florida photographer Ian Barr was born in Liverpool, England; Ian traveled to London in 1968 and was employed as a Color Technician at various Pro Labs in London, later becoming an Assistant Photographer.



Ian traveled extensively around the world in the 70s eventually settling in the United States. In 1978 he established IAN BARR Photography, Inc. in Ft Lauderdale Florida; a Corporate Advertising Studio.

Today IAN BARR Photography, Inc. is a successful corporate advertising studio, specializing in annual reports, corporate brochures and advertising, along with packaging for small appliances and food, with both full digital as well as traditional formats.
