Brook grew up in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. In 1979 he completed 2 years of art school at Okanagan College in Kelowna, and soon after, started his illustration career at Odin Creative Dimensions in Calgary, Alberta. Three years later, he returned to Kelowna and opened his own freelance illustration studio. His work now appears on the Web Sites of many international companies like Global House Plans, Weinmaster Home Design and ihomeplans. Brook continues to specialize in architectural rendering, working in tempera (gouache), watercolor, pen, and pencil. His favorite hobby is hiking the beautiful Okanagan Valley with his camera.
