Bret Gottschall is from Nebraska. He has a BFA from the University of Nebraska (1996), and an MFA in drawing and painting from the San Francisco Art Institute (2001). Gottschall is a working an accomplished visual artist in the fine arts as well as in commercial illustration. He has worked for Smart Computing and PC Today magazines, and produced illustrations for SABA Corportation in California. Gottschall currently lives and works in San Franciso, CA.
