Working as an illustrator for over 20 years, (in advertising, editorial and children's publishing), I've learned the necessity of excellent visual and verbal conmmunication skills, together with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

I work in a couple of styles, both of which share a bright and colourful look:

The first style is humourous/humorous and quirky, sometimes wacky and whimsical, even comical or cartoony, but always fun, friendly and colorful.

The second style is more soft, dreamy, gentle and cute.

Subject-wise my illustrations range from children, kids, infants, toddlers and people, (including cowboys and pirates), to animals, creatures, dinosaurs and monsters.

My work is typically used for children's books, picture books, storybooks, book covers, book jackets, cartoons and maps, while also lending itself to storyboards, video games, children's software, toys, games, product and packaging, or in other areas such as TV and animation, where there's a need for character creation, design and development.
