Trained as a graphic designer, with over 15 years in the design/illustration field with a variety of clients from book and magazine publishers to government work, Kathy specializes in book design and children’s illustration.

After a shift from traditional to digital techniques for her illustration work, Kathy decided to illustrate under the name of HildaRose to distinguish the difference between her design and her whimsical, energetic images. Her professionalism, organizational skills, and adaptable approach ensure an easy and enjoyable work environment for both her and her clients.
