I have been illustrating for close to 9 years. I work in the mediums of pen and ink, watercolor, and mainly computer generated art. My work styles ranges from a highly romantic and stylized art nouveau to the more photo realistic. I love working with a narrative, especially illustrating for children's stories, novels or screenplays. My favorite subject areas are the classics, mythology, sci-fi, fantasy and horror. And, while most of my work has been in these genres -- illustrating for collectable card games, role playing games and related publications, creating character and environment concepts for screenplays and toy development, as well as doing a fare amount of work for small press sci-fi and fantasy magazine and book publishers, doing covers and interior story illustrations-- I have had the opportunity to step outside my specialty and do the occasional portraits of pets, children, CD covers and t-shirts.
