Brooke Cheney is a 2006 graduate from the Massachusetts College of Art’s Illustration Department. She works primarily in watercolor, acrylic, and collage/mixed media. She has experience with several mural projects in residential homes and restaurants, as well as illustration. Brooke’s work possesses an often whimsical, playful, narrative quality, and, ultimately, she would like to write and illustrate children’s books.



Recently, Brooke has freelanced for Project Bread to create a holiday card sold in Barnes and Nobles across Massachusetts, Half Price Books for two children’s book illustrations, and restaurants in Boston and New Hampshire to create custom murals. She has also participated in group shows through MassArt. Born a small town New Hampshire girl, Brooke currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
